The only reason I am making this post is because the season opener is in two parts.

The conclusion:

Judy Greer joins the cast to play Walden’s ex-wife, Bridget.  She wants a divorce after being the wife of “Peter Pan” for fifteen years.  Jake is oblivious to anything that is going on because he is a teenager.  Charlie’s death is brought up again, which I thought was unnecessary.  In the end Walden agrees to let Alan stay for a little while at the house after a drunken binger.  The episode ended with Alan saying “Yes! I’m back in!”  Cute but two part opener was not needed.
