In this episode Jane is requested to work pro bono for the DA’s office.  Grayson has to represent Stacy, when a mother, represented by Kim accuses her of pressuring her daughter to buy items.

After Stacy saw the power of influence she had over young fashionistas she decided to tell the truth about the free products she received.  This was good for the mother but then the company that sent her the items came to sue her.  Grayson tried to get Stacy to just take down the blog but she refused.

Jane had a tryst with the now D.A. Roberts.  As he tried to put on the moves Jane was trying to solve the case of a murdered woman for her mother.  Parker was very supportive of Jane going after “the big dog” Mr. Persky who confessed during AA by describing the murder as a dream.  Jane then figured out that Persky was not the killer, because he was right-handed and the killer was left-handed.  The killer must be … his father!

Stacy lost her case against the company and was forced to return all products and remove her video blog.  Afterwards the sales on items Stacy loved where growing so they wanted her to continue her blog.

Side note, Parker saw Kim kissing someone and looked a little heartbroken.  Terry found out the goods on the new guy, Andy,  and he is a married man of six years.  Parker went to inform Kim and she asked if he was spying on her.  Too bad she already knew or did she.  Kim went to confront Andy and poured his coffee on him.

Grayson and Parker are finally over their ex’s but Jane is not over Grayson.
