The patient is Wendy. A woman who spent her days making and refining weapons. After launching a new missile she went into a seizure episode.
We then see House struggle to do a leg exercise. He goes to meet the team about the case and then Wilson came in and did a weird dance. They made a bet this week on boxing. I like these $50 bets they have. House met with the fighter to see why he threw the fight. Anisocoria, is what he diagnosed the fighter and tried to get the bet off.
Wendy’s newest boyfriend/ coworker came to the hospital to inform House that she had a crazy ex-boyfriend who may have poisoned her.
House is on a side job that the team has no idea about. I think the route of his interest is to save fifty bucks but he may be trying to figure out what is actually wrong with the fighter. Meanwhile the actual patient is on the verge of crashing every ten minutes.
Thirteen caught House using a test treatment and when I mean test, it is used on rates for now, to ease the pain of his leg. He even went to the researcher’s lab to steal more of his study medicine. House is crazy!
A nurse informed Taub and Foreman that she didn’t think Wendy’s problem was internal because her gums looked like they were burned. Gross! Chase and Thirteen confronted Wendy’s boyfriend by telling him they had radiation poisoning and he needed a bone marrow transplant. He refused which led them to believe that he has been poisoning Wendy and she was getting better because she wasn’t around him. Cesar was poisioning Wendy because she was cheating on him with another co-worker.
After all his test House finally made the fighter have a reaction so he could treat him. He had an abnormal growth of nerves and this is why he lost and House wanted his money from Wilson. The fighter will never fight again.
Next week House finds out that the test medicine gives the rats tumors so they die. Uh oh House, what have you done?
