If you saw last nights episode of Bone’s you know that the whole episode was great but the ending was what will be discussed for the weeks to come.  Last night we got a glimpse back at Booth and Bones real first case.  It wasn’t the one we all saw when the show premiered.  It had happened a year earlier.  And you may be suprised to learn that the relationship between the two was not contentious when it actually originated.  It was a kiss shared during that first case after a night of tequila and a slap across the face from Bones that led to the tension that we saw early on.  So now Sweets’ book theory is shot to hell, because he felt like a kiss would break the dam—but a kiss has already happened and Booth and Bones both swept it away and kept working together.  Sweets contends that they still love each other and begs Booth to be the one who breaks the stalemate and just admit it.  After the session, Booth does just that.  Confesses he loves Bones and asks her to give the relationship a chance.  They kiss, but Bones pushes him away and says she can’t do it.  Booth is crushed, Bones is crying, but she asks if they can still work together.  Booth says of course they can and they walk off in to the night together.

I liked it, everything seemed to fit the characters we know.  But, what did you think????
