Cappie and the KT’s have a new neighbor and they are not happy.  A professor has moved in next door and has a new set of rules for the boys to follow.  No cursing, no noise after 10 on school nights, no noise after 12 on weekends, no debris on the lawn, and no alcohol out in the open.  Rusty things he can reason with the man and work with him but that doesn’t work, so the KT’s decide to make him an honorary pledge.  The professor jumps at the opportunity to relieve his youth, but it puts the KT’s at risk when his 16 year old daughter decides to hang around and the cops show up.  The KT’s pull a quick cover up and manage to keep their house safe and win over the professor.

Casey and Ashley have a freshman dorm reunion coming up.  Yeah, I don’t really get that either seeing as how they are seniors so that means they were only apart for 3 years.  Plus, how close could a whole freshman dorm really get???  But anyway, they are supposed to be planning it, but Casey is trying to write her essay for law school.  Katherine already got accepted and offers to help her in exchange for discussion of her relationship with Rusty.  (yeah, thats still going on).  Ashley is jealous, of course, and acts like a whiny brat because Casey won’t make nametags with her.  It all works out in the end when they realize they are best friends no matter what (gag, this is the crap that is making me hate this show!).

Over at Evan’s house someone stole $500 dollars from petty cash.  I wonder who that could be?  Maybe the guy he is broke but managed to buy his girlfriend a diamond solitare necklace?! (***cough***EVAN***cough***)  So Calvin decides to have everyone turn in an envelope in secret.  That way someone can put the money in the envelope and no one will know who did it.  But, Calvin marks Evan’s envelope and discovers it was him (Shock!).  Yeah, and Evan still doesn’t know that Rebecca slept with Beaver just after he gave that necklace bought with stolen money.  That Rebecca is a real keeper, but I will say that she and Beaver look cute together.

I’m kind of ready for this season to end.  It’s just not clicking for me right now, maybe next week will be better.
